The Mermaids Are Nice

One day I was swimming and I heard girls laughing. I turned around I saw three girls with tails. At first I thought I was seeing things but then they swam up to me.

Then one said do you like to swim? I said yes. The other said do you like to sing? And I said yes. Then the third said you are perfect for our queen. I said I would like to be your queen but I do not live in water. I live on land.

Then one mermaid said no problem. One gave me a necklace and put it on my neck. I felt that my legs were gone. When I looked I had a tail it was pink.

I said "I'm a mermaid" then a mermaid put a crown on my head, "your majesty", said the mermaids. I was the queen of all merpeople and I could take the necklace off or I could put it back on and play any time I liked!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
